🥚 Free-Range Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon & Spinach 

 Fluffy free-range scrambled eggs served with fresh spinach, silky smoked salmon, and a toasted muffin. A wholesome brunch favourite packed with flavour, perfect for a relaxed morning or leisurely weekend brunch.

🍓🍞 Brioche French Toast 

 Served with 100% natural honey and crispy bacon or mascarpone chantilly with summer berry compote. Soft, sweet, and indulgent — brunch comfort at its best.

🍳 Breakfast Blaa  

Jumbo sausage, dry cured bacon, black & white pudding, and fried egg, served in a traditional Waterford blaa. A proper Irish brunch plate — hearty, nostalgic, and full of flavour.
