At the heart of our restaurant is a simple but very special ethos: farm to fork. We believe great food starts long before it reaches your plate, and we’re passionate about supporting local producers, celebrating seasonal ingredients, and getting to know the people, families and stories behind the produce we use every day.
We’re incredibly lucky to work with a wonderful network of suppliers, each bringing something unique to our kitchen. From their passion and dedication to the care that goes into every harvest and product, their work plays a huge part in what we do.
Our Executive Chef, Gavin, has built fantastic relationships with many of our suppliers over the years. These are relationships rooted in trust, loyalty and a shared love of good food, with some suppliers having been part of chef journey since the very beginning. As the seasons change, Gavin works closely with them to source the very best ingredients available, allowing us to make the most of everything each season has to offer.
Recently, we’ve had the pleasure of visiting some of our suppliers to see first-hand the farms, growing spaces and production processes behind the ingredients we use in our kitchen. We’ve been sharing little glimpses of these visits over on our social channels, so be sure to take a look! And this is only the beginning, with more visits planned over the coming months.
We can’t wait to introduce you to the people behind our produce. Every supplier has a story worth telling, from the passion and hard work that goes into what they do to the people and families behind it all. We’re delighted to share a little more of their journeys with you and give you a glimpse into the wonderful relationships that make what we do so special.
