Q: Does the hotel have a car park and is it included in the rate?
A: Absolutely – and all our guests can avail of free parking.
Q: Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible, whether you’re joining us for a stay or just to dine. We have accessible bedrooms with fully accessible wet rooms available. There are accessible parking bays and ground level access to the hotel. The front desk has an accessible counter. The bar, restaurant and guest bathrooms are also fully accessible.
Q: When booking online, how can I be sure that I will have a room reservation?
A: We’ll confirm it by email! If you book a room via www.clubhotel.ie, we immediately send an automated confirmation number plus a reservation number to the email address you gave us.

A: The Club Hotel at Goffs is a four star hotel, outside Kill, Co Kildare. The hotel is situated just off Junction 8 on the N7, follow all signs for Goffs and Goffs Avenue and we are on the left hand side.

A: The closest cash machine is at Circle K Service Station at Kill North on the N7, just 1.9km from the hotel (3 minutes drive).
Q: Are there taxis or public transport available nearby?
A: Yes, taxies can be booked in reception at request. During busy periods, it would be best to book these in advance. Bus route 126 travels from Dublin to Kildare daily and stops in Kill.

A: We have an events space at The Barn on site, which is perfect for bringing your event to The Club Hotel at Goffs. Q: What does our “no show” policy entail?
A: If you do not show up on the day of your booking, we will charge the first night rate.

A: Check out time is 12pm.

A: Late check out until 2pm can be available but must be booked prior to arrival, this is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A: Check in time is from 4pm onwards.
Q: Is it possible to get an early check in?
A: Early check in before 4pm can be available but must be booked prior to arrival, this is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Q: How old do I have to be to check-in to the Hotel?
A: 18 years and older.
Q: What is the hotel’s credit card policy?
A: We accept all major cards. We don’t accept prepaid cards or gift cards such as Swirl and All For One.
Q: Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?
A: Yes, we offer a range of options including chilled champagne on arrival, welcome plates, bouquet of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. A: No, we don’t have family rooms.
Q: Do you have cots for children?
A: Yes, cots are available upon request. These can be arranged before you arrive by calling reception on 1800 600 300 (or +3531 6856189 from outside Ireland), or by emailing stay@clubhotel.ie.
Q: Are pets permitted?
A: No, we do not allow pets on the premises. Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.
Q: Does the hotel provide international adaptors?
A: Yes, international adaptors are available at reception for a small deposit fee of €5. These are subject to availability.
Q: Do you offer hairdryers in your guest rooms?
A: Yes, all our rooms have hairdryers.
Q: Do you provide coffee makers in your guestrooms?
A: Yes, we have French presses in each room and local Creed Coffee for you to enjoy.
Q: Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?
A: Yes, these are in the cupboard in your bedroom.
Q: Is the hotel air-conditioned?
A: Yes, all common areas and bedrooms have air conditioning.
Q: Does your room price include VAT?
A: Yes, all our prices throughout the hotel include VAT.
Q: Can children share my room?
A: Adults aged 18 or older must be present in the room at all times when there are children. Cots can be made available upon request but we do not provide roll out beds.
Q: What time is breakfast served?
A: Breakfast is served from 7am – 10.30am Monday – Friday and 7am – 11am on weekends and bank holidays.
Q: Do you offer breakfast in bed?
A: Yes, just complete the breakfast card in your bedroom and place it on your bedroom door before 2am.
