We strive to put homegrown Irish businesses front and centre of our business, championing small suppliers wherever possible, and always seeking superior products whether they’re to be cooked in our kitchens, brewed in our coffee cups, or slept on in our bedrooms. We also like them to have a bit of a story!

Creed Coffee Roasters

A small business set up in 2016 by school friends Declan Kinsella and Paul O’ Shaughnessy from Celbridge, Co Kildare. Their focus is on speciality grade coffee beans, sourced globally and roasted locally. Their roasting process is carefully adjusted for each ethically-sourced bean to ensure the full flavour and quality is brought through in order to create the perfect cup.

Nik’s Tea 

An Irish family business that began around the kitchen table, Nik’s is now an award winning supplier of bespoke & speciality teas from around the world. Nik’s Tea aims to create organic herbal teas that are healthy & full of exciting flavours for experimental & experienced tea enthusiasts. They are committed to an ecological production process & packaging plan and succeeded in their aim to achieve Bord Bia Origin Green status in mid-2019.

Glenilen Farm

Alan and Valerie Kingston from County Cork founded Glenilen Farm on the premise that wholesome, everyday food should only be made using a few simple ingredients, like fresh, local milk and real fruit. The couple still operate their hugely successful yoghurt business as if they were back in the family kitchen, using carefully sourced ingredients to make food with a conscience for families across Ireland and the UK. From utilising reusable glass jars to recycled rainwater, they simply do what comes naturally, keeping sustainability top of mind through a number of different initiatives as members of Bord Bia’s Origin Green programme.

Buioch Chocolates 

A small business that sprung from a Covid-19 redundancy for chef Ryan who started making chocolates to sell with friend Dylan at winter markets, Buíoch Chocolates’ own factory now lies in the heart of Celbridge, Co. Kildare on the banks of the River Liffey. Selling chocolates online, in seasonal markets and in a growing number of shops across Ireland they’ve quickly gone from having just 3 chocolate treats, to 24 inspired delights!
